Q: What is DocVerse?

A: DocVerse improves the way you collaborate with other people. It offers simple, real-time sharing and simultaneous group-editing of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word documents.

Q: What will happen to my account? Will I still be able to use DocVerse?

A: Yes, if you already have a DocVerse account, you can continue using DocVerse as usual. Your account type (Basic, Pro, Team, Team Plus) will remain unchanged.

Q: Will new users still be able to sign up for DocVerse? What about the paid version?

A: We are suspending new sign-ups for the Basic and paid versions of DocVerse. But stay tuned -- we're excited to bring you an even better experience as a part of Google.

Q: Will I be able to add new users to my existing account?

A: Yes, companies that already have DocVerse accounts will be able to add new users.

Q: What about the files I've already synced using DocVerse? Can I still use and/or download those?

A: You can continue using DocVerse as you always have, including the ability to access and download your documents from DocVerse.

Q: I'm using a paid version of DocVerse; will I still be charged the per-month-fee?

A: No. We will temporarily suspend billing on all accounts, though you can continue to use DocVerse as usual.

Q: Can I get a refund or end my paid subscription to DocVerse?

A: While you will no longer be billed for your DocVerse account, we are not issuing refunds for prior use.

Q: For how long will you support my account?

A: At this time we plan to continue to support the service.

Q: Can I continue to share documents with users who do not have an account?

A: Yes, you will be able to continue sharing documents with whomever you need. As long as you have a DocVerse account, you will be able to use the service exactly like you do currently.
